I am going to copy this for my son. He is on weightwatchers and has lost close to a hundred pounds. He won't eat at my house. lol. Not much anyway. He will love this recipe. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Wow, that is impressive! I can understand why he won't eat at your home. All that good food would be so hard to resist.
I hope he enjoys the recipe. Have a great holiday!
Wow, another delicious recipe! You should compile a cookbook.
Thank you, Sweet! If only I was that talented. Though I could ask the services of any number of very talented writers I know through my blog, ahem.... ;)
pumpkin puree? How interesting! This looks tasty. Now that I have more counter space in my new place, I want to get back to making some baked goods!
Thanks Jamie! Baking in new kitchen is fun.
Mmmm...these look wonderful. And such an interesting ingredient with the pumpkin! I guess it would make them very moist and, of course, more nutritious.
I'm so happy that your brother made it safely home, Mary Ann.
(And, as always, I love your quote.)
Beth, thank you! Yes, those cupcakes turned out very moist and I don't feel too guilty eating one (or three!)
